To keep up with the grey'haired posts..lol I have this one..lol...:old:

According to Graham Reinders botanists have identified five hormones in plants. All have complex functions. We know them to be, Auxins, Gibberellins, Cytokinins, Ethylene (gas), and Abscisic Acid.

So just when were getting a handle on these they throw a curve at us

Apparently there is a newly discovered hormone called Caravone which is useful in both the growth and flowering period.

so Caravone: what is it, what does it do, what are the sources of it, etc.

Isn't this true.... (humming the Grateful Dead......)

    PB.
I once saw you mention a product that was Superthrive and Growth Plus (Nitrozyme) together, but cannot find where I saw the mention.
Do you remember what it is I am speaking of, and can you tell me where it can be had?
I have used both these products seperately and had good results, and would like to try the product you spoke of.

    Hie PB

I do run couples of colis for sometimes now, and just love it..

I use, Dyna-Gro pro-tekt a couple of times at the beginning before they get into flo, I noticed that leaves get more resistant to radiant heat and plant is stronger.

    Than I use a regular GGOLD/META

PB, love your thread. As you know,I deeply respect your opinion.
My questions to you are fairly simple.
Number one question is which strain do you find to be the zestiest?
Number two question is who is your very favourite pot star celebrity?
Number three question does hydro produce zestier pot than organic or is the answer kinda complicated?
Number four question, do you recommend a small amount of charcoal and calcium being used as soil amendments for organic mix. I am a big fan of Wal-Mart soil.
    You rock RB!

speaking of the moon, throw this in here for shits and giggles

    generation vs. regeneration

generation = germination = strongest at full moon
regeneration = making seed = strongest at new moon

    I'll keep this on topic....

    PB:
Can you explain the interactions of terpenes on the high and which ones are more desirable ?
I identified 367 individual ones when I was in college using a chromo and a EDM/EGM. I could only isolate the effects of 3 as having a universal effect on all users.
I know advances have allowed over a thousand to be identified by now, the exact amount I'm unsure of (and I don't think they've all been found at this point in time).
    Care to elaborate ?

that's a whole science unto itself, trying to extrapolate which individual terpenoids do what, when they are never naturally found apart, always in complexes

    Great meeting !

PB : some form of microbial ecology, can even just be dirt etc

The older coli is Per/ver mix, but the beercups going in there for one year left a large amount of wormcasting, dirts in the mix.

The other is Per/ver/coco, like the other presence of wormacasting is rising too.

    So I guess there

    About moon cycles.........

    IN........down moon cycle
    OUT......up moon

Majority of reef fishes here lay their eggs few days before the dark moon, males fecondation occurs........then eggs cracks for the full moon .

I would pollinate femal few days before the new moon, then let seed grow, get bigger during upward moon cycle

Just a personal point of view

Nice to see you again teahupo (sp). ;) Two coli's? Yes, you can color me green with envy! :D

What I'd like to know is.... what is this mix you speak of? GG = G Gold but what is ****? Never seen a label in my hydro store that was just a few asterisks... lol

Probio, **** or something else Arista sells?

PB, I've noticed a significant trich increase by adding LK around day 20's feeding as opposed to no LK. Would I see even more benefits by adding LK more often? If so, how often?

Love the thread and diverse topics,
    k.
